These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doorway Books’ website, www.doorwaybooks.shop (“Website”), operated by Doorway Books LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Our products include customizable children’s books available for purchase through the Website.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are accurate before completing checkout.
  • We do not review, edit, or verify user-submitted personalization content.
  • You may not submit illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content. We may refuse orders violating this standard.

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
  • Printing and shipping are handled through third-party partners, including Gelato and Tirosh.
  • Shipping times and costs depend on customer location.
  • Once a book is sent to print, it cannot be changed or canceled.

3.PRICING AND PAYMENT

  1. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
  2. We may change pricing at any time.
  3. Payments are processed through third-party services including WooPayments and PayPal.
  4. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TAXES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
  • For Israel: delivery handled via HFD with estimated timeframes of two to three days from printer pick-up.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because books are printed on demand, all sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery issues. To             request a replacement or refund, email support@doorwaybooks.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is owned or licensed by Doorway Books LLC. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent. Customer personalization content remains theirs but is licensed to us for order fulfillment.

7. WEBSITE ACCESS AND USE

You agree not to interfere with Website functionality or attempt unauthorized access.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We integrate with external providers for printing, payment, analytics, shipping, and email delivery.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to a claim.

These Terms follow Delaware law. Israeli consumer protections may also apply.

Disputes will require good-faith negotiation, then arbitration in Delaware unless restricted by local law.
